This fall, RSEi welcomed a new group of members who share one major reason for joining: the community.

Again and again, Fall ’26 members pointed to RSEi’s strong, supportive environment. They were drawn to the close member connections, the shared living experience, and the built-in support network. Many said they wanted to join a strong community of like-minded, driven, and creative peers-people who understand the demands of engineering and push each other to grow.

Professional development was another big motivation. New members expressed a desire to network with career-driven peers, grow as leaders, and improve their professional opportunities. They were excited to work closely with experienced engineers, develop soft skills, and build alumni connections that extend beyond coursework. For them, RSEi represents a chance to grow professionally while being surrounded by ambitious classmates.

Several members also mentioned wanting to learn beyond the classroom-to challenge themselves, try new things, and be actively involved in a community that encourages growth. They were inspired by the dedication of past members and saw RSEi as a place where they could continue that legacy.

The Fall ’26 class joined RSEi not just for a place to live, but for a place to belong, to grow, and to build their future together.
